Anti-IKKα/β (D173) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IKKα/β (D173). It is supplied unconjugated and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IKKα/β protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 151–200 of human IKKα. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
