Anti-IKBKE Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against IKBKE (also referred to as IKKi/IKKe) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. The target has a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa and the antibody is affinity-purified.

The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 497–716 of human IKKe (NP_054721.1).

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific images are referenced in support of the product.
