Anti-IKBKB Antibody

This Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IKBKB, also referred to as IKK beta. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with one scientific validation image available.

The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 400-669 of IKKß (NP_001547.1) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It has been affinity purified, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 87 kDa. The recommended Western blotting dilution is 1:500-1:2,000, and concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
