Anti-IKBKAP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody available through Antibodies.com, raised against IKBKAP (also referred to as IKAP/p150), a 150 kDa protein. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1093-1332 of human IKBKAP (NP_003631.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:4,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images accompany the antibody.
