Anti-IkB-a (Ab-32 / 36) Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues30–34 / 34–38 (H-D-S-G-L-D-S-M-K) of human IkB-a and purified by affinity chromatography on an epitope-specific peptide. It performs cleanly across western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
