Anti-IkB-ε (phospho-S22) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that targets IkB-ε when phosphorylated at Serine 22. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IkB-ε around the phosphorylation site of Serine 22, and specifically detects endogenous levels of IkB-ε protein only when phosphorylated at Ser22. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein runs at approximately 45 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
