Anti-IKB-ε (D17) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against IKB-ε at the D17 epitope and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-50 of human IKB-e, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of IKB-e protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of ~ 45 kDa, and the product is supported by 2 scientific images.
