Anti-IkB-α (phospho-S32/S36) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IκB-α phosphorylated at Ser32 and Ser36, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the human IκB-α sequence around the phosphorylation site of Serine 32/36. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody detects endogenous IκB-α protein only when phosphorylated at Ser32+Ser36. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target of ~ 36 kDa.
