Anti-Ikaros (C-terminus) Antibody

Engineered by Antibodies.com for high-stringency detection of the lymphoid transcription factor Ikaros (IKZF1), this primary antibody is a purified mouse monoclonal raised against the C-terminus of the target. Supplied at 50 µl in a ready-to-use liquid format, the unconjugated reagent is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an estimated purity of >95% as determined by antigen-affinity chromatography. The clone has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts specifically with human Ikaros, making it well-suited to studies of hematopoietic lineage commitment and lymphopoiesis.
