Anti-Ikaros Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Ikaros and supplied in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at 1 mg/ml. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and was produced using recombinant full-length human Ikaros as the immunogen. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Ikaros protein.

The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF, including ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 58 kDa.
