Anti-IK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the IK protein (also known as Cytokine IK, IK factor, RED, or RER) and is supplied at the 50 µl pack size as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and presented at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, with the IgG isotype raised in a rabbit host and purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human IK. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows, and the polyclonal antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of IK in human, mouse, and rat samples.
