Anti-IgM Antibody [KT104]

The KT104 clone, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody raised against the mu heavy chain of rat immunoglobulin M. It is widely cited in immunology, vaccine, and infection research as a capture or detection reagent for quantifying rat IgM responses by ELISA, and it is also used to stain surface IgM on B lymphocytes in flow cytometry panels. Each vial contains 100 µg of antibody supplied as a liquid formulation in a buffered stabilizer ready for dilution into coating or staining buffers. For best stability, aliquot upon receipt and store the working stock refrigerated at 4 degrees C for short-term use, with frozen aliquots held below -20 degrees C for long-term archives; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
