Anti-IgM Antibody (HRP) [KT103]

The Antibodies.com KT103 clone is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for direct detection of rat IgM. This reagent binds the mu heavy chain of rat immunoglobulin M, enabling sensitive identification of B-cell responses and humoral immunity in rat model systems. The HRP label supports chromogenic substrate development with TMB or DAB, removing the need for a secondary incubation step. Validated for ELISA and Western blot workflows, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µg liquid formulation and should be stored at -20°C in single-use aliquots to preserve enzymatic activity. As a rat-specific IgM reagent, it is applied in immunology, vaccine research, and infectious disease studies where rat serology is the primary readout.
