Anti-IGLL1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IGLL1 (immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1, also designated CD179b), a component of the surrogate light chain that pairs with VpreB during assembly of the pre-B cell receptor. The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.6, and is validated for Western blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples.

IGLL1 is transiently expressed on pro-B and pre-B lymphocytes in the bone marrow, making this antibody useful for studies of early B-cell development, pre-BCR signaling, autosomal recessive agammaglobulinemia, and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia research. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody, suitable for multiple immunoblotting workflows.
