Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human IgA (IGHA1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human IGHA1, the antibody is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry applications, with recommended working dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:20-1:50 for both IHC and Flow Cytometry.
The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide, prepared by affinity purification, with a molecular weight of 60 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
