Rat monoclonal clone KT94, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognizes the murine IgG3 subclass. The antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase for direct, enzyme-mediated detection in ELISA and Western blot workflows without a secondary antibody step. With a rat IgG2a isotype backbone, this clone exhibits specificity for mouse IgG3 and shows no significant cross-reactivity with mouse IgG1, IgG2a, or IgG2b, making it useful for quantifying IgG3 responses in immunized mouse sera or hybridoma culture supernatants.
