Anti-IgG2c Antibody [KT99]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent is specific for rat IgG2c and carries the clone identifier KT99. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation, is of the IgG1 isotype, and reacts with rat immunoglobulin. It is validated for ELISA applications, with the immunogen being rat IgG2c.

IgG is purified through a Protein A column, and the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Recommended dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
