Anti-IgG2c Antibody (HRP) [KT99]

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody targeting IgG2c, conjugated to HRP for use in ELISA and WB applications. The antibody (clone KT99, IgG1 isotype) is raised in mouse and reacts with rat samples, with the immunogen being rat IgG2c. The reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, with the IgG purified through a Protein A column and subsequently labelled with horseradish peroxidase.

Recommended working dilutions are 1/3,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, carrier-free, with optional 0.01% thimerosal. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
