Anti-IgG2b Antibody [KT98]

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT98) targets IgG2b and is validated for ELISA, reacting with Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

Raised against Rat IgG2b as the immunogen, the antibody is purified through a Protein A column and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Recommended dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500-1/10,000 for WB. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
