Anti-IgG2b Antibody (HRP) [KT98] - Identical to Abcam (ab106750)

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT98) raised against rat IgG2b and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and has been validated for use in ELISA and Western blotting. It is supplied as a liquid preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was rat IgG2b, and the reagent shows reactivity with rat samples. Purification is carried out via a Protein A column, after which the purified IgG is labelled with HRP. The formulation is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, carrier-free, with optional 0.01% thimerosal. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1/500–1/10,000 is indicated by the manufacturer.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
