Anti-IgG2a Antibody [KT97]

Mouse monoclonal antibody to IgG2a (clone KT97), offered by Antibodies.com as part of its primary antibody range. The reagent is of mouse origin with an IgG1 isotype and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid. It has been validated for ELISA and Western blot and reacts with rat IgG2a.

The antibody is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide, with the immunoglobulin purified on a Protein A column. Recommended working dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for Western blot. The product is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
