Anti-IgG2a Antibody (HRP) [KT150]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT150) targets rat IgG2a and is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied as a liquid preparation.

The reagent is BSA and azide free (carrier and preservative free), formulated in phosphate buffered saline with optional 0.01% thimerosal. Immunoglobulin is purified on a Protein A column prior to HRP labelling. The immunogen used was rat IgG2a, and a working dilution of 1/1,000-1/5,000 is recommended for ELISA. The concentration is 1 mg/ml.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
