Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone KT138) targets human IgG2 and is validated for ELISA applications. The unconjugated liquid product is purified by Protein A chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Recommended for ELISA use at a 1/1,000 dilution, it is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
