Description
This unconjugated Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT96), available from Antibodies.com, specifically targets IgG1 and is raised against the rat immunoglobulin. Validated for use with rat samples, the reagent is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, and is purified through a Protein A column.
Recommended working dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for Western blot. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
