Anti-IgG1 Antibody [KT46]

Antibodies.com offers this Rat monoclonal antibody, clone KT46, raised against IgG1. The unconjugated reagent is supplied in liquid form and has been validated for use in ELISA and sELISA, reacting with human samples. It is of the IgG2a isotype and is purified through a Protein G column.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a fusion protein containing the human IgG1 Fc region. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 5 µg/ml for sELISA. Two scientific validation images support the product's performance in these applications.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
