Anti-IgG1 Antibody [KT149]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT149) targets IgG1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com for use in ELISA applications. It is unconjugated, raised in Mouse, and has been validated for reactivity with Rat samples, with Rat IgG1 serving as the immunogen.

Provided as a liquid at 1 mg/ml, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, and purified through a Protein A column. For ELISA, a recommended dilution range of 1/1,000–1/5,000 is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
