Anti-IgG1 Antibody (HRP) [KT96] - Identical to Abcam (ab106753)

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT96) specific to IgG1, raised in mouse and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Supplied as a liquid by Antibodies.com, the product is of the IgG1 isotype and reacts with rat IgG1. It is validated for use in ELISA and Western blot applications and is supported by two scientific images.

According to the manufacturer, this BSA- and azide-free antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline, carrier-free, with optional 0.01% thimerosal. The IgG is purified through a Protein A column and labelled with HRP. Recommended working dilutions are 1/3,000–1/5,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/5,000 for Western blot.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
