The Antibodies.com KT46 clone is a rat-derived monoclonal secondary reagent that selectively binds the Fc region of human IgG1, with negligible cross-reactivity against human IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4 subclasses. Direct horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugation eliminates the need for an additional labelled secondary step, supporting streamlined ELISA workflows when quantifying class-switched IgG1 in experimental samples. The reagent is supplied as 100 ug of liquid antibody in a single vial, shipped refrigerated, and should be aliquoted upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles that can degrade HRP enzymatic activity. Researchers commonly titrate the conjugate between 1:1,000 and 1:10,000 in PBS with blocking protein for coating or detection applications. For research use only.
