Anti-IgG1 Antibody (HRP) [KT149]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT149) supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent specifically targets rat IgG1 and is directly conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype, raised in mouse, and supplied as a liquid preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The immunogen used was rat IgG1, and the reagent is BSA and azide free.

Validated for ELISA, the antibody is recommended for use at dilutions ranging from 1/1,000 to 1/5,000. It is purified via a Protein A column prior to HRP labelling and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline as a carrier- and preservative-free preparation, with optional 0.01% thimerosal. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
