Anti-IgG Antibody [I17-T]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against IgG, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for immunohistochemistry. Clone I17-T is of rabbit origin and belongs to the IgG isotype, supplied in unconjugated liquid form and validated for use on human samples.

The antibody is recommended for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications, with a suggested working dilution range of 1:100–1:300 for IHC. It was raised against a peptide derived from the domain close to the C-terminus of the human IgG-1 chain C region, and it recognises the epitope located between Ala261 and Lys275.

The reagent is provided in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
