A rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone E20-V) to IgG, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications and reactive with human samples.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the internal domain of the human IgG-1 chain C region and recognises the epitope between Val167 and Val185. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. The recommended dilution range for IHC is 1:100–1:300.
