Anti-IGFBP6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived reagent is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL, affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human IGFBP6. The polyclonal antibody is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of the IGFBP6 (Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 6) target, making it suitable for ELISA and Western blot (WB) workflows on human samples. It is presented in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Larger 100 µL pack sizes are also available from the same product line, and the product is intended strictly for research use; it is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
