Anti-IGFBP4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IGFBP4, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is affinity purified and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 17 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22-258 of human IGFBP4 (NP_001543.2).
