Anti-IGFALS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against IGFALS and validated for Western blot. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 396–605 of human IGFALS (NP_004961.1). Reported molecular weights for the target are 66 kDa and 72 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
