Anti-IGF2BP3 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IGF2BP3 (also referred to as IMP3). It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated, and of the IgG isotype, with the reagent purified by affinity purification.

The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for WB and IHC. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human IGF2BP3 (NP_006538.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 72 kDa, and the product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
