Anti-IGF2BP3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IGF2BP3 (also referred to as IMP3) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human IGF2BP3 (NP_006538.2). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 70 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:50–1:200.
