Anti-IGF2BP2 Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IGF2BP2 (also known as IMP-2) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The isotype is IgG. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human IGF2BP2/IMP-2 (NP_006539.3), and the reported molecular weight of the target is 66 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:200-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
