IGF2BP1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 mRNA-Binding Protein 1) is an oncofetal RNA-binding protein that regulates mRNA stability, translation, subcellular localization, and turnover. It binds the 5'-UTR of IGF2 transcripts and other target messenger RNAs and is reactivated in many solid tumors, where elevated expression correlates with aggressive disease and reduced patient survival.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against IGF2BP1 and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as 100 µl of antibody, it supports expression profiling in cancer cell lines and patient tissue sections, loss- and gain-of-function follow-up studies, and developmental biology models in which IGF2BP1 governs cell migration, cell polarity, and embryonic axis specification.

For research use only. Storage at -20 °C in small aliquots helps preserve activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and the unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with custom secondary labels and detection chemistries.
