The IGF2BP1 RNA-binding protein, also called IMP1, ZBP1, or CRD-BP, is the target of this rabbit polyclonal reagent prepared at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH ~7.2) containing 0.05% sodium azide. Distributed by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody, it is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.

IGF2BP1 functions in post-transcriptional regulation of mRNA stability, localization, and translation, and is expressed during embryogenesis with reactivation in many tumors, where it has been linked to cell migration, polarity, and proliferation. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody covering multi-experiment use; the included sodium azide preserves reagent integrity during repeated access. Aliquot upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and refrigerate to maintain binding activity across long-term storage.
