Anti-IGF2BP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human IGF2BP1/IMP1 (NP_006537.3). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein IGF2BP1/IMP1 has a reported molecular weight of 71 kDa.
