Anti-IGF1R (phospho Y1280) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in Rabbit as a polyclonal IgG preparation and unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. It targets IGF1R at the phospho Tyr1280 modification, with reactivity to Human samples as stated by the manufacturer.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y1280 of human IGF1R. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 95 kDa. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Validation includes a Western blot of 293 cell extract, with lysates at 25µg per lane, 3% BSA blocking, and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000. For research use only.
