Anti-IGF1R (phospho Y1165 + Y1166) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes IGF1R only when phosphorylated at the dual tyrosine residues Y1165 and Y1166 within the receptor's kinase domain. These residues are autophosphorylated following IGF-1 or IGF-2 ligand binding and contribute to full catalytic activation of the receptor tyrosine kinase, enabling recruitment of downstream adaptors such as IRS-1 and propagation of signaling through the PI3K/AKT and RAS/MAPK pathways.
