Anti-IGF1R Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to IGF1R, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) applications, with additional applications in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) reported in the catalogue listing.

It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1201–1367 of human IGF1R (NP_000866.1). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with an observed molecular weight of 100 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000, and the antibody is knockout (KO) validated.
