Anti-IGF1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied unconjugated. The reagent targets IGF1 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50-150 of human IGF1 (NP_000609.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight is 18 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Two scientific validation images are available.
