Anti-IGF-2R (F2480) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IGF-2R (F2480). It is supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF).

The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2441-2490 of Human IGF-2R and detects endogenous levels of IGF-2R protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~274 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
