Anti-IGF-1R (phospho-Y980) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IGF-1R (phospho-Y980) supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated primary antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IGF-1R around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 980, and specifically detects endogenous levels of IGF1R protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr980. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weight is ~ 95,155 kDa. One scientific validation image is available.
