Anti-IGF-1R (Ab-1346) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against IGF-1R (Ab-1346) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The unconjugated antibody was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around aa.1344–1348 (Q-P-Y-A-H) derived from Human IGF-1R, conjugated to KLH, and purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of total IGF-1R protein. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
