Anti-IGF-1 Antibody

A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for IGF-1. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the immunogen used was recombinant full length Human IGF-I, and the target protein migrates at approximately 22 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
