Anti-IgA (Y276) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against IgA (Y276). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 241–290 of Human IgA, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IgA protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight is approximately 38 kDa.
