Anti-IgA Antibody [KT40] - Identical to Abcam (ab202423)

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody directed against IgA, identified by the clone designation KT40. The reagent is validated for ELISA applications and binds human IgA. It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is recombinant human IgA2. The product is provided as a liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The IgG fraction is purified through a Protein A column.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For ELISA, a recommended working concentration of 1 µg/ml is suggested.
